Emily is a senior studying business at the Ross School of Business and English in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Through her involvement with the Magnify Immersion Program and +LAB, Emily has become fascinated by how organizations can foster environments where individuals feel empowered to bring their best selves to work each day to ultimately create stronger, more compassionate workplaces.
Outside of the Center, Emily tutors writing at the Sweetland Center for Writing and is involved with her professional fraternity of Phi Sigma Pi. She also enjoys spending time volunteering and writing, and she hopes to write a novel one day.
Emily is very excited to judge the Positive Business Project this year. As someone passionate about learning and growth, she is looking forward to being inspired by positive leaders and discovering new practices that she could emulate in the future.
