Laura Kellers Queen

Laura is the Founder and Managing Partner of Colloquia Partners, LLC a boutique firm focused on M&A Transaction Services – due diligence, post-merger integration, talent assessment, cultural alignment and organizational restructuring; and Performance Consulting to enhance leadership, team and organizational outcomes.

She has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader in Human Resources and Administration. She was previously the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of G&W Laboratories, Inc. and the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She has extensive experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) due diligence and post-merger integration and divestiture, performance consulting, talent management, leadership development, executive coaching and human resources.

She has held various human resources and administration positions in the pharmaceutical, retail and semi-conductor industries, and in the public sector. Her early career was focused on finance and service administration.

Laura is the Mentorship Advisor for and a former member of the Advisory Board of the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association’s (HBA) Greater Philadelphia Chapter, Chairman of the Leadership Advisory Council for Moravian College, and a Consortia member of the Center for Positive Organizations at the Ross School, University of Michigan.

She has a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University (Washington, DC), an MSA in Human Resources Administration from West Chester University (West Chester, PA) and a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Moravian College (Bethlehem, PA).

Laura loves to travel and her most treasured souvenirs are photographs of local graffiti. Laura was a Girl Scout Troop leader for 11 years. Her favorite pastimes are supporting her community, learning, cooking, checking out new restaurants, reading, biking, skiing, yoga and spending time with friends and family – especially her husband, children and their dogs Otis and Izzy.
